We provide a confidential, professional and efficient counselling service designed for small businesses without a costly annual contractual subscription fee.
We act as an intermediary between your company, the client and the counsellor. Our aim to provide an efficient and confidential service in the shortest possible time within your employee’s locality.
Our service includes:
- Qualified Counsellors, who work within a professional code of ethics, with experience to meet the clients needs.
- Confidential face to face counselling for individuals or couples.
- Initial assessment appointment within days of referral
- Counsellors located within the location of either the clients
home or place of work. - A contract created to meet your business and employees needs.

OPTION ONE
ADHOC ‘PAY AS YOU GO’
Our services include
- An assessment of your company’s needs and agreement of terms of service
On referral:
- an assessment of the client's needs
- provision of a suitably qualified and experienced counsellor in the clients locality within 5 working days
- provision of off site, face to face Brief Counselling sessions to run within 3 consecutive months
- ‘Staff Support Services’ contact information and telephone number for employees.
OPTION TWO
ANNUAL CONTRACTED 'PAY AS YOU GO'
Services include:
- An assessment of your company’s needs and agreement of terms of service
- Negotiated terms of service
- response to telephone referral within 24 hours
- an assessment of the client’s needs
- provision of a professional counsellor in the client’s locality as soon as possible
- provision of an agreed number of Brief Counselling sessions
- annual meetings to review the service, provide statistics and monitoring of financial budget
- An agreed terms of srvice providing evidence of your Duty of Care
OPTION THREE
A STAFF PRESENTATION
Our experience has led us to believe a presentation of the service to managers and staff can be crucial in maximising the opportunities this service will provide and increasing their awareness of how to use the service most appropriately.
The content will include:
- Introduction to ‘Staff Support Services’
- Outline of the service and how it works
- The issues of reports and confidentiality
- Outline of symptoms of stress and Depression
